Luminiferous Aether
Welcome to Epheon, home of the Floating Isles. The Halosian Impreium of the Floating Isle of Halos has a stranglehold on the Gravitonium mines and trade routes. Rival Island nations have tried to take over control of some of the Halosian controlled mines over the years, but few can stand against the might of the Imperium's airship armada.
Several smaller pirate crews have banded together somewhere in the maze of the Tear Drop Isles to try and disrupt the Imperium trade routes. Independent members of various nations, hearing of this rebellion have sought out these pirates to join their cause. Members of all tiers of society have an interest in breaking the Halosian Imperium's stranglehold on Gravitonium trade, and they are willing to work with pirates to make this happen.
